A 3 story office building located in the centre of stevenage. The SGS team went in and completed a light refurb of the building ready for new tenants.

An ongoing new build project. Scope of works including the demolition of an existing bungalow the excacvation of ground to bring site to road level and the constrution of a new detached dwelling.

A recently started single story rear extension. with some stand out features including floor to ceiling bi-folds and a frameless corner window. the finished project will give the client an additional 20 metres squared of living dining space and will allow the house to flow naturally into the garden area.
